The Gordon H. Mansfield Veteran ’s Community is a brand-new apartment community set on a 6-acre village-like setting in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. This community is specially designed to meet the needs of veterans seeking permanent housing in a welcoming and caring environment.
The community features 70 fully furnished one-bedroom apartments and a special Women’s- only wing. Residents enjoy a vast offering of community supportive services, general wellness, health, and social opportunities. The community features beautifully landscaped grounds, an outdoor tranquility terrace with seating area and gathering spaces for events, group classes and more.
Soldier On, the service provider, ensures that the veterans we serve are empowered to take the lead role in creating and maintaining all aspects of the veterans community. The case managers with Soldier On assist residents with maintenance, transportation, service referrals, intakes and discharges. Soldier On’s philosophy of peer managed housing and programs enables veterans to make the transition to stable permanent housing, while receiving Soldier On's platform of services wherever they live.
